Profile summary

Having worked for various corporates, I have over 20 years of business experience.  I currently manage a Medical Centre as well as coach and provide training workshops when required.  I have a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, a Masters in Organisational Psychology, qualified in OPQ Psychometrics Testing and experienced in Coaching Psychology.  

Research outline

My research examines how employers can best support their employees who return to work after experiencing a mental trauma - more specifically, the death of a loved one.  It focuses on enabling mental health and wellbeing of employees in the workplace by developing the skills of employers to support their employees who may be struggling to cope with work and life demands while experiencing grief.
