When you leave university, your student library account expires which means that you will lose access to our library resources. It can be frustrating to realise that many academic sources are not accessible unless you have an institutional membership, especially if you have plans to continue your research, or access to academic sources is useful for your work.

To discover how you can still access information, complete our LSH module "Finding information when you leave CCCU”.

Have you used your RefWorks account to save and share your references during your studies? If you are entering a sector which involves research or planning to continue studying, you can access your account after you graduate. Follow these instructions on how to update your account.

You can access our modules after you leave university. Designed by Learning Developers and Learning and Research Librarians, they aim to support your academic and professional development. There may be references to university services which are limited to current students (e.g. Blackboard), although there will also be plenty of information relevant to you.

Explore the modules here.

When you leave university, you can continue to access a 10% discount from our bookshop. You can also order online for Click and Collect or opt for free delivery on orders over £10.
