Profile summary

Xini Hu is a full time PhD student here at Christ Church Business School since April 2017 and is exploring to build a new internal market orientation construct and examining how this affects employees’ attitude and behaviour in Chinese context.

As part of her PhD programme and her career plan, Xini is a member of the teaching team on the first year Marketing Principal and Practices module, which takes her as a new into the teaching area. For the interest in research ethics, she is a member of the Facility Ethics Panel, which contributes her to having a broader understanding about different research areas.
