The i-zone is your student helpdesk and one-stop shop for information about all aspects of life at university. If they do not know the answer to your question, they will know who to ask.
They work with the IT Hub, so that together they can answer any IT questions and ensure you have the technical support you need to succeed in your studies.
The first thing you may want to do is check if your question is answered by one of the i-zone FAQS. A regularly updated database of the most common questions asked by students, it is a great place to start.

Why use Live Chat?
On every student webpage there is a ‘Chat with Us’ blue box in the far right bottom corner. When you click on it you are asked to provide your name and email and then choose which team you want to speak to talk to. It is that simple!
