Whether you want to work on a campus computer, print your documents, or require IT support, we are here to help.
For student IT support in Augustine House, please visit the i-zone desk in the Atrium or contact them by phone, email, or Live Chat.
Students may also visit us at our desk in Lg44 during the hours listed below.
Please note that the i-zone cannot support IT enquiries from staff, including Classroom Assistance and Event Support.
Lg44 is on the ground floor of the Laud building on the main North Holmes Road campus, near the Touchdown Café. Click here to find us on the Campus Map.
The staffed drop-in desk will temporarily close between 11:30am-12:00pm and between 13:30pm-14:30pm on Wednesday 27 March.
Please note: the IT Service Desk is closed every Wednesday between 3pm – 4pm for our weekly team meeting.
The IT Service Desk will be closed from 5:30pm on Thursday 29 March and will reopen on Tuesday 2 April at 8:45am.
If you need IT support at our Medway campus, please visit the i-zone desk – you can find it in the Cathedral Court building foyer (CCg01). The team will be able to offer basic IT support or refer you to our Medway IT Campus Support Team. Please find the i-zone opening hours on this webpage.
If you are in the Drill Hall Library, the support there is provided by the IT Services Helpdesk. For more information, please go to their webpages.
A member of the IT Campus Support team is available on Thursdays on a drop-in basis between 10am - 4pm in the Library (third floor).
Whether you want to catch up on some work in between lectures on campus, get a head start on your next assignment or tune in to your latest online session, (remembering to use headphones!) then there is a study space for you on campus with the latest technology. Find a computer here.
For your short-term needs we also have small, lightweight laptops, called iBorrows, which have the same software as University PCs. For more information on the i-Borrows and where to find them visit our i-Borrow webpage.
