Learning Outcomes

The module aims to teach a three-step process to enable students to respond to procrastinating behaviour. By the end of this module, you should be able to:

  • Define what procrastination is and why we do it
  • Adopt a three-step process for responding to procrastinating behaviour
  • Use mindfulness techniques to recognise and avoid unwanted thoughts and feelings regarding procrastination
  • Reconnect with personal values and goals to help raise motivation and action
