Introducing Blended Learning to Students

It is important to introduce blended learning to your students and to make them aware of how their module(s) will run, including: 

• The format and pace of learning (e.g., which elements will take place in a face-to-face setting, and which will take place digitally) 

• The technologies used  

• The type of activities you intend to use within your teaching 

• How students will be assessed 

• How students will be supported 

We have prepared a Blended Learning Module Roadmap to be completed and included within all Blackboard module sites. This document provides useful prompts to help you introduce blended learning within your module(s).
