There are many ways that you can let the University know your thoughts and constructive feedback, so we can identify how we can improve your experience. From filling in the main student surveys, becoming a student rep, or giving feedback direct to your lecturers, we want to make sure your voice is heard.

The Student Complaints Procedure provides students with an opportunity to raise, individually or collectively, matters of proper concern to them without fear of disadvantage, and in the knowledge that privacy and confidentiality will be respected.
