Access your online services, connect to our free Wi-fi network, and download free and discounted software to help you with your studies, whether you’re on campus or studying at home.

IT Training and Drop Ins

You can book some time with an IT trainer if you need help with Blackboard, Microsoft Office or any other software used at the university. Drop-ins also run on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons in Augustine House and Medway twice a month.

Connect to WIFI

Eduroam is the recommended WiFi service for students at CCCU. To connect to University WiFi select 'eduroam' and enter your username@canterbury.ac.uk followed by your University computing password.

Free and Discounted Software

Did you know you can download software including Microsoft Office and Sophos Antivirus, for free? As a CCCU student you also have up to 1TB of free cloud storage with Microsoft OneDrive.
