We know that studying in the UK might feel a bit different, but don't worry, we've got lots of support in place for our international students!

As we gear up for those end-of-year dissertations and assessments, we've lined up some extra help whether you are an undergraduate or postgraduate:

Drop-Ins:

  • Here to Help Desk –12pm-2pm on 17, 18, 24 and 25 April, Touchdown
    For general enquiries

  • Blackboard and Learning Skills - 12pm-2pm, Er1.13 on 17 and 24 April and Nt0.03 on 18 and 25 April
    If you have any queries regarding using Blackboard or how to develop your learning skills, pop in to discuss what support is available.

  • IT - every Wednesday from 17 April-29 May, 2-4pm in AH.2.23
    To help students who may have basic questions about Blackboard, Word, Excel, and basic IT. They are also offering a range of online IT Microsoft Office training – you can sign up here.

  • Compliance - every Wednesday from 17 April-29 May, 2-4pm in AH  First Floor
    The Compliance team is available to answer any questions you may have about your student visa.

  • Finance - every Wednesday from 17 April-29 May, 2-4pm in AH  First Floor
    A member of the Finance team will also be available from 2-3pm to answer any questions relating to your tuition or accommodation fee payments. They will be based in AH First Floor alongside the Compliance team. If you have a question about your fees but are unable to attend the drop-in then the team can be contacted on 01227 924747 or or via email accounts.receivable@canterbury.ac.uk
