Learning and Teaching Conference 2019

Student Engagement and Learning Communities at the core of the Learning and Teaching Conference on 17th June 2019

The Vice-Chancellor, Senior Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education, Enhancement and Student Experience) and Learning and Teaching Enhancement were delighted to welcome 122 delegates to this year’s summer Learning and teaching conference.  The theme of this year’s conference was “Enhancing Student Engagement and Learning Communities”, which is at the core of our mission and Learning and Teaching strategy.

The keynote speaker, Professor Phil Gravestock, delivered a talk on “Transition for Transformation: supporting student success and progression”, which set the scene for a variety of inspiring workshops from staff and collaborative partners.
