Research-led teaching

We provide a rich learning environment for students that is underpinned by a strong commitment to research. The majority of our staff are actively involved in research and knowledge exchange activities – producing knowledge, and sharing this knowledge with others. Our work ranges from research into the environment and sustainability, to industry-oriented research and consultancy into marketing, branding and analysis of cultural trends.

Applied learning

All of our courses are designed with applied learning in mind. So not only will you gain knowledge in your chosen subject area, but you will also develop key transferrable skills to help prepare you for the world of work. We even offer placements and internships, so you can gain valuable experience that will make you more employable.
