Whatever your level of study – from foundation year to postgraduate – you can take part in the annual UK-wide student surveys.

This is an opportunity to feed back about your experience as a student at CCCU, both in terms of your course and the wider services and support we provide to you. We want to hear from you about what we do well, so we know to keep on doing it, as well as areas where we could improve.

Depending on your intended award and year of study, you’ll be eligible to take part in one of four surveys:

You can access your survey in several ways:

  • You’ll receive an email to your student email address, with a link
  • You can scan the QR code on the promotional posters and other items around campus
  • You can visit www.canterbury.ac.uk/studentvoice where there is more information on each survey and instructions for taking part.

Whichever survey is applicable to you, it won’t take more than about 15 minutes to complete. All the information you give will remain anonymous and there are cash incentives of up to £500 - just for telling us about your student experience.

The results will tell us how you rate our performance in a number of key areas, and help us decide where changes need to be made - both in general and for your course.

Find out more about how the University responded to the feedback we got from previous surveys - from changes to individual courses to enhancements to support services such as IT, library services and student wellbeing.

So don't delay! Complete your survey today – it’s about you and your student experience!
