If you’re in the final year of your Undergraduate degree, you can help shape the future of Canterbury Christ Church University by taking part in the online National Student Survey (NSS) 2023.

The National Student Survey is an independent online survey where you get to rate and comment on your entire student experience at CCCU, from when you first arrived to your final year.

It’s confidential, it only takes about 15 minutes and, as a thank you, all eligible CCCU students who take part will be entered into a prize draw to win one of several cash prizes up to £500.

We want to hear from you about things we do well, so we can continue to do more of the same, as well as areas in which we can improve. The results of last year’s NSS delivered a range of positive changes to our courses and to University services, so what you have to say really does make a difference. Check out how the University responded to student feedback over the past year, from changes to individual courses to improvements in areas such as IT, library services and wellbeing support.

You can complete the NSS now at www.thestudentsurvey.com. Additionally, Ipsos, the independent research company that administers the survey, will be contacting all eligible students later this week with a personalised link to take part.

Visit the NSS website for answers to frequently asked questions, including things like eligibility and the types of questions you'll be asked.

Surveys for all other levels of study – from foundation year to postgraduate – will  open later this week.

Take part in the NSS today – it’s about you and your student experience!
