Teamworking

Getting to know each other is an important first step to establish a positive working relationship with your teammates. Socialise before you start work on your group project, whether it is for food, a coffee, or a team day out – any environment where you can relax and bond. Start by introducing yourselves and your lifestyles so you can try to understand each other as people first and working partners second.

Our different lifestyles mean we all have our own conditions which affect the way we complete our work. Individual preferences for learning can also affect how we process information. Learn about each other’s working habits such as when and where we study, what equipment we have access to and individual experience/knowledge that contributes to work development. The graphic below explores some of the factors which impact our working habits.
