Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Support Officer
I have recently joined the Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Team as a Support Officer after originally joining Canterbury Christ Church University in 2015 working for the IT department and also the Estates and Facilities department.
The main purpose of my role as TEL Support Officer is to support the institution in using technology enhanced learning to achieve the goals set out in the University's Strategic Framework, and to assist in improving the effectiveness of provision and user experience for all at the University. My role also supports, monitors and administers the University's Learning Platform Suite and act's as second line support for staff and students with those systems.
