SEND Law Hub

The Law School of Canterbury Christ Church University is launching the SEND Law Hub, a new project focusing on Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) provision in Kent. The availability of SEND service provision and ease of accessing information and support regarding this has been an ongoing issue across the country.

CLOCK Kent Community Companion Scheme

The number of litigants in person (LiPs) has risen exponentially over the last decade. This has coincided with the introduction of the Civil Procedure Rules and legislation; the Access to Justice Act 1999, which was introduced to promote just that “access to justice”
