University Sports Clubs

Canterbury Christ Church University work with Christ Church Students’ Union to deliver a fantastic range of competitive sports clubs for students.

About Our Sports Clubs

Canterbury Christ Church offer a variety of competitive sports clubs collectively known as Team Christ Church. Most Team Christ Church clubs compete in the British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) competition on a Wednesday afternoon against Universities across the country. However, there are some who compete in local opportunities such as the Southern England Student Sports Association (SESSA).

All clubs are led by students and managed via a partnership between Christ Church Students’ Union and Christ Church Sport & Active Health. You can find out about each club by visiting the Students’ Union website.
