We have classes throughout the morning, afternoon and evening that will suit beginners, regular gym goers and ultimate warriors.
Pedal and Tone
Spin with a difference! Expect short focused periods of intensive cardio using our state-of-the-art spin bikes, aimed to improve your aerobic capacity, followed by weighted exercises off the bike designed to improve your strength and core stability. All levels are welcome to this challenging but satisfying class.
Legs, Bums & Tums
Tone up, firm up your tummy, hips, thighs and bottom with this 30min aerobic workout designed for all abilities. A challenging but fun class - have a boogie in the beginning, work hard in the middle and then stretch those legs out at the end.
Spin
An indoor group cycling class, burning calories as you listen to motivational music in our state-of-the-art spin studio, with an interactive display. Expect to improve your heart health, and boost your muscle endurance, while your legs will get a serious workout! All abilities welcome.
Stretch & Flex
A very relaxed full body workout, using breathing and stretching techniques that will improve you posture and engage all fundamental stabilising muscles to help improve daily functional movements, performance and muscle balance.
Outdoor Fitness
Our only class on campus! Completely free to attend and open to all - regardless of fitness levels or ability. Using a variety of techniques from interval training to HIIT and circuits. Each instructor puts their own unique spin on this bootcamp style class.
Boogie Bounce
Does exactly what it says on the tin - have a boogie while you bounce! An aerobic dance workout on a small trampoline, designed to work you hard with little impact. Suitable for all abilities; with a range of options provided.
HIIT & Abs
Short bursts of high intensity exercise with periods of recovery, and a short abdominal circuit to finish. Expect a very high intensity class - working you hard in a short period of time to achieve maximum results. Not for the faint hearted.
Pilates
Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. Strengthening the body with an emphasis on your core - improving general fitness and overall wellbeing. Expect a fun and playful class, suitable for all ability levels.
Circuit Training
Several exercises performed in a circuit format. Expect endurance training, resistance training, and high-intensity aerobics using basic equipment and bodyweight to improve strength and fitness. Time between exercises is short, moving quickly to the next workout.
Yoga
Influenced by elements of Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini, Iyengar and Forrest yoga. We teach a creative and intelligent combination that weaves together these various styles of yoga. Expect a friendly, non-judgmental class, suitable for all levels of experience.
Train with a Trainer
Train with a Trainer shares many of the same qualities as personal training; guided practice, professional advice, and bespoke help - getting you closer to achieving your goals. However, as the name implies, you won’t be working with your trainer on a 1-to-1 basis.
