Join director Jan Dunn in conversation with Jo Nolan of Screen South and joined by members of the cast, including Pauline McLynn at the 15th Anniversary special screening of Gypo. The film was the multi award winning first feature by Jan Dunn and was made as the first ever British film under the rules of Dogme95 and also won the prestigious Best First Feature at the San Francisco LGBT Film Festival, Frameline. Also screening for LGBTHM is her film, Ruby Blue starring the late Bob Hoskins in his last leading role alongside the French auteur Josiane Balasko who Dunn cast after the imporession it left after seeing her play the butch lesbian Marijo in the LGBT classic Gazon Maudit, also written and directed by Balasko. An interesting must-see event for film/culture students as well as the LGBT community and the wider general public are invited to attend.
