How to book your tickets
Booking your tickets is easy and can be done in a number of different ways.
Tickets can be purchased through this website. Please click on the event name and then select ‘Book Now’ to be taken through to our secure online ticket office.
Tickets can be booked on 01227 923690 with all major debit and credit cards (excluding American Express).
If the line is busy or you ring outside of office hours, please leave a message with your name and telephone number and our Box Office and Publicity Co-ordinator will get back to you as soon as possible.

Concession rates apply (where stated) to under 16s, full time students and senior citizens (aged 60+). Proof of status will be required when you arrive for the event.
Refunds and Exchanges
Canterbury Christ Church University does not offer refunds on tickets. However, at the Box Office’s discretion, tickets can be exchanged for an alternative event.

Ticket Terms and Conditions for Arts and Culture Events
Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU) reserves the right to refuse admission or re-entry to a performance. CCCU reserves the right to alter or amend the programme without prior notice as a result of unforeseen circumstances. Latecomers will be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance, or regrettably, be refused admission.
