About our running club

Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, our running club is here to support your journey. Our free and friendly running club offers a great way to stay active, connect with people, and enjoy the benefits of running.

Get involved

Join us every Monday and Wednesday at 12.30pm for a group run with one of our run leaders. We offer both shorter and longer distance runs. Our shorter routes, usually 2-3k, are great if you're coming back from injury, building up your fitness, or if you're a new graduate out of our Headway (Couch to 5k) programme. Our longer routes, around 5k+, aim to build stamina over different terrains.

To stay up to date with what’s happening, join the Christ Church Runners Facebook group or join the Christ Church Runners Teams chat. It's a great way to connect with fellow runners and stay motivated.
