Our Fit for Life classes include a combination of low impact and aerobic exercise, taught by one of our highly qualified instructors. If you are recovering from an illness, operation, or have a pre-existing condition, please discuss this option with your GP.
Sessions are held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 10:00am - 11:00am at Christ Church Sports Centre.
Develop your experience using state-of-art gym equipment to help improve mobility, stability, and balance. Our classes will help attain both individual and group goals and focus on key areas including stretching, core stability, and resistance. A fitness coach will guide you throughout the session, adapting any exercise to suit your needs.
