Human Resources and Organisational Development provide a range of services, advice and guidance for existing staff and managers and prospective employees to ensure that the University remains an attractive place to work with a working environment that values and motivates all those engaged on behalf of the University.
Recruitment – for permanent , fixed term and sessional posts
HR Services – first point of contact for queries relating to all points of the employee life cycle, contracts and initial policy guidance
Management Information - including data collation and reporting as well as HR IT systems
Business Partnering team – working to support managers with case work and guidance as well as strategic/business planning and organisational change
Organisational & Staff Development – provides development solutions from induction to leadership and supporting organisation wide activity relating to culture and staff engagement
Health and Safety – committed to supporting staff, managers and Heads of Department to ensure we all work in a healthy and safe environment
