Car Park Privacy Notice

Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU), as the Car Park Operator, collects and processes personal data for the purposes of managing car park premises.

If you receive a ticket, the University could have processed the following personal data:

  • the Vehicle Registration Plate Number of the car parked in breach of our Terms and Regulations,
  • photographs of the vehicle and
  • other personal data the University could require to demonstrate the legitimacy of the claim.

By parking in a CCCU Car Park, you entered into a contract with Canterbury Christ Church University as displayed on the signs throughout the car park.

CCCU issues a ticket if there is a breach of the terms and conditions.

CCCU may transfer your data to its agents.
