QSO is takes a lead in and is responsible for:
- Institutional policy and procedures for Quality Assurance and monitoring.
- Coordinating institutional stages of approval for new collaborative provision partners and new collaborative provision courses.
- Coordinating the institutional procedures for the termination of partnerships and collaborative provision courses.
- Coordinating the processes renewal and changes.
- Coordinating periodic quality monitoring - Periodic Partner Review.
