I have an interest in Educational Supervision and improving students' and trainees' experience of practice learning environments. Previous to this role, I was a Senior Lecturer for many years in Adult Nursing. I have in more recent years worked within the NHS with Placement Facilitation, apprenticeship projects, Workforce and Training. I also work part-time with Health Education England's Professional Development Team.
