Canterbury Christ Church's Careers Advisor John Hoyle will be helping us to unravel the mysteries behind psychometric tests used in employer shortlisting, interviews, and for staff development and training.

He will explain the different types of psychometric tests and what employers want to learn from us, as well as how we can use these tests to identify our strengths and skills.

We will discuss different ways to practice these tests online and have a go at doing one together in the workshop, as well as how the careers service can help you prepare if these tests come up when job searching.

This in-person workshop is for current students, staff or recent Alumni of Canterbury Christ Church University.
