Carborundum relief prints are made by mixing the grit with PVA glue to shape, form, dribble, textures to hold ink to make a rich, sensitive painterly effect such as Hughie O’Donaghue uses. At the same time, the forms may be solid black to affect an almost cartoon like drawing. PLEASE NOTE: THIS WORKSHOP WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE PRINT ROOM, AUGUSTINE ART CENTRE
