How to book your tickets

Booking your tickets is easy and can be done in a number of different ways.

In Person

Our main Box Office is situated in Augustine House, Rhodaus Town, Canterbury, CT1 2YA

During the summer the Box Office is open Monday – Thursday, 10.30am – 12.30pm and 2 – 4pm. We will revert to our usual winter opening hours in September

In the rare instance that the Box Office is closed within these hours please book online or leave a message on the Box Office answering machine.

By telephone

Tickets can be booked on 01227 782994 with all major debit and credit cards (excluding American Express).

If the line is busy or you ring outside of Box Office opening hours, please leave a message with your name and telephone number and our Box Office Administrator will get back to you as soon as possible.

Online

Tickets can also be purchased through this website. Please click on the event name and then select ‘Book Now’ to be taken through to our secure online ticket office.

Ticket Collection and Postage

Tickets that are paid for in advance can be collected at the Box Office during opening hours.

Group Bookings

To make a group booking of more than 10 tickets please call our Box Office Administrator on 01227 782994 or email: ruth.duckworth@canterbury.ac.uk

Concessions

Concession rates apply (where stated) to under 16s, full time students, senior citizens (aged 60+). Proof of status will be required when you arrive for the event.

Refunds and Exchanges

Canterbury Christ Church University does not offer refunds on tickets. However, at the Box Office’s discretion, tickets can be exchanged for an alternative event.

Ticket Terms and Conditions for Arts and Culture Events

Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU) reserves the right to refuse admission or re-entry to a performance. CCCU reserves the right to alter or amend the programme without prior notice as a result of unforeseen circumstances. Latecomers will be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance, or regrettably, be refused admission.
