Accommodation Guaranteed! We guarantee a place in University accommodation to all Clearing and first-year undergraduates (including degrees with foundation year) who firmly accept an offer of a place of study with us and submit an application by the 31 July deadline.
The accommodation is shared with the University of Kent, with rooms available to Canterbury Christ Church University students. Pier Quays is located just 10 minutes’ walk from the Medway Campus and has its own social area, launderette, Tesco Express store, Subway, and Domino's Pizza.
Applications for Pier Quays are made directly to us. All eligible full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students at our Medway Campus are offered modern accommodation at Pier Quays, which is owned and managed by Unite Students. Your contract will be with them and you pay rent direct to them.
We then provide full information to Unite Students who will contact you about the offer, acceptance and their Terms and Conditions. You pay a pre-payment to Unite Students when you accept the accommodation offer. United Students is a member of the National Code for student accommodation.
Accommodation is arranged in clusters of flats for 5 - 8 students, with each flat sharing a fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms all have their own en-suite shower and toilet and each room is networked. Students are expected to arrange cleaning their own flats between themselves.
