As a Kent and Medway Medical School (KMMS) student you have the choice to live at the University of Kent or at Canterbury Christ Church University - with other KMMS students in each case. Accommodation at both campuses is offered on a 44-week basis for years one and two, and a 45-week basis for years three and four.
To guarantee accommodation in your first year, you must apply for accommodation before 31 July. Offers of accommodation are sent once all course conditions have been met and unconditional places have been confirmed.
Both Universities prioritise applications based on application date.
|Pin Hill||Shared bathroom||£115.99 per week - £5,103.56/£5,219.55 based on a 44/45-week contract|
|Petros Court||Ensuite||£160 per week - £7,040/£7,200 based on a 44/45-week contract|
All accommodation options at Canterbury Christ Church University include utilities (i.e gas/water/electrics), internet access and room insurance. No bedding or utensils are included.
There is very limited parking available for students. Please contact the Accommodation Team to discuss.
From your second year you can apply for accommodation again at CCCU, however accommodation is not guaranteed. You can also choose from a wide range of private sector houses and flats, including purpose-built student accommodation, in Canterbury and the local area. Accommodation will be available while you are also on placements.
