The first year is mainly in common with the BA Business programme, providing a solid grounding in managing the challenges of managing organisations, information technology, and analytical skills whilst also providing a specialist Accounting pathway. In Year 2 the focus is on Management Accounting and International Financial Reporting and in Year 3 Strategic issues, Contemporary Accounting Issues and Financial Management. It has been structured to achieve dual professional accreditation - maximum exemptions with the professional accounting bodies; ACCA, ICAEW and CIMA qualifications.
