I have an offer from Christ Church

Congratulations! This page tells you what to do next if you have a firm offeran insurance offer or have been offered a place at CCCU through Clearing

I have a Firm offer

We're delighted that you've chosen to study with us and we can't wait to see you on campus in September.

On results day

Please check Track on the day that you receive your results. If you're showing as 'placed' then, congratulations - you're coming to CCCU!

The next thing to do is make sure that your student finance and accommodation is organised. You will be sent an email asking you to check your details before you come to registration in September.

Visit the new students section of the website for lots more information.

No decision on your application?

There are a number of reasons as to why we might not have been able to make a decision on your application. The most common one is simply that we do not have all of your results so please do get in contact with us once you have all of your results so we can confirm your place.

Sending your results in

UCAS receives many results from the Exam Boards and sends them directly to the University, however not all of the results are sent by UCAS. Please visit the UCAS listing for the exam results that they send to universities so that we can confirm your place quickly.

If your qualification is not listed then please send your results to us as soon as you receive them. We are happy to receive a copy by email and we will check your original transcripts/certificates or results statements when you register with us in September.

You have until 31 August 2019 to send your results in

Think your results will only be available after this date? Please contact us and we will check to see whether we can hold your place for you. This is especially important if you have applied for one of our professional health courses (e.g. Nursing, Midwifery, and Physiotherapy).

I have an Insurance offer

If you have chosen us as your insurance choice, you will be accepted to study with us provided your firm choice offer is unsuccessful and you have met the conditions of your offer from us.

I have a Clearing offer

Once you have received an offer of a place from us through Clearing there are some important things you need to do before you start in September.

1. Confirm your place on UCAS track

Before we can confirm your place, you'll need to login to UCAS and add us to Track. You can do this from 3pm on Thursday 15 August.

Go to the ‘Your choices’ section of Track and click ‘Add Clearing choice.’ Then enter our Institution Code C10 and your course details. To do this you'll need to make sure you have paid the UCAS registration fee and are not holding any places with other universities.

2. Come and visit us!

We offer student-led tours of our Canterbury Campus on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays throughout August.

Tours last approximately 1 hour, after which you are free to explore the campus on your own or visit Canterbury city centre.

3. Apply for your accommodation

Our team are here to help you find accommodation.

Last year we offered all applicants, even those who applied throughout late September and October, either a university room or we helped them find a room in Canterbury. You can apply using our accommodation portal.
