How to claim your £25 e-voucher: 

To be eligible to claim an e-voucher, you must have:

  1. applied for a course at Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU) through UCAS,
  2. been made an offer,
  3. attend one of the Offer Holder events, and
  4. register your attendance at the Offer Holder event.

Offer Holder events are on the following dates at the following locations:

  • Saturday 28 February – Canterbury
  • Wednesday 18 March – Canterbury
  • Saturday 25 April – Canterbury
  • Saturday 9 May – Medway

The e-voucher can only be claimed by the person holding an offer who will have registered their attendance at a check-in desk on the day.

Only one e-voucher can be claimed per offer holder irrespective of the number of Offer Holder event attended by the offer holder.

The e-voucher can only be sent electronically to the email address registered with UCAS. A request for the e-voucher to be sent to an alternative email will not be actioned.

The e-voucher will be issued approximately 10 working days after date of the relevant Offer Holder event.

Refreshment vouchers are issued in paper at the Offer Holder event and are valid only on the day they are issued. Refreshment vouchers have no cash value and are redeemable solely at predetermined CCCU outlets.

CCCU reserves the right to alter the e-vouchers offered or to terminate this offer without prior notice.

If an e-voucher is not claimed after 90 days of it being issued, the e-voucher will be rescinded and the equivalent amount contributed to the CCCU Student Hardship fund.
