If you’ve been offered a place on one of our undergraduate courses, you may be invited to attend an Offer Holder Event. An Offer Holder Event is specifically for people who've been offered a place to study at Canterbury Christ Church University and it gives you the opportunity to find out more about your chosen course, ask questions, and meet people you could be studying with.
How do I book?
Offer Holder Events usually take place in the Spring and are by invitation only. You should receive your invite by email soon after you receive your offer of a place from us. Some of our courses offer interview days instead of offer holder days and you will receive an email invitation as part of your application process.
Expenses Contribution Voucher
We understand that you may incur costs visiting us and in recognition of the current economic climate, we would like to offer a £30 Amazon or Love2shop eVoucher as an appreciation of your visit. On the day, we will also be giving out refreshment vouchers to redeem in campus food outlets.

This offer applies to the following Offer Holder Events:
- Canterbury Campus events on: Wednesday 22 March and Saturday 22 April
- Medway Campus event on: Saturday 13 May

I’ve got an offer for a combined honours degree, or multiple courses, will I be able to experience all subjects?
Yes, you’ll be able to drop in to ask questions about the courses represented at the event during the second part of the event. Please note not all courses will be represented at all of the events – if you have any queries relating to this, please email the events team.
Taster sessions will take place during the first part of the event so you’ll have to decide which course you’d like to attend for the tasters (please pick this course as subject 1 on your booking form). You’ll only be able to attend tasters for one course per event but you’re welcome to visit again!
I’ve already been to an Open Day – do I need to come?
Your Offer Holder Event is designed to help you make the right decision about your university choice before you decide your firm choice on UCAS. Unlike an Open Day, an Offer Holder Event is tailored exclusively for those who have received an offer to study here.
What if I can’t attend an Offer Holder Event?
If you’re unable to attend one of our Offer Holder Events and would like to visit the University you can book a place on a student-led tour.
