Mindfulness Workshop

Mindfulness is all about paying more attention to the present moment – to your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you – to improve your mental wellbeing.

Want to find out more? Why not try one of these Mindfulness Drop-In sessions. The sessions last 30 mins and will be running at 2pm and at 3pm for 4 weeks. 

There is a different focus each week so you are welcome to attend more than one!
