The Mental Wellbeing Team have a range of Wellbeing Workshops to support you through this Semester and beyond.

The workshops are run in small groups and offer you a chance to share and learn from others in a confidential and relaxed environment, helping you to be happy and successful at CCCU.

Everyone experiences stress and it does not necessarily have to be a bad thing. But understanding what causes stress and how you react to it can help you learn new ways of coping, so it does not become too overwhelming.
