Profile summary

I’m the Research Assistant in Psychology at Salomons Centre for Applied Psychology. I currently work on different projects, including quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods studies, assisting a number of different members of the research team in data collection, analysis, organisation and write-up of studies. I work with various researchers both internally as well as externally of Canterbury Christ Church University, such as the University of Sussex. Some of the project areas I am currently involved in include Art Therapy, mindfulness, childhood trauma, selection, mental health as well as wellbeing and dementia.

I joined Canterbury Christ Church University in September 2015. I completed my BA in Psychology with Human Resources Management at the University of Northampton in 2014 and my MSc in Occupational Psychology at Goldsmiths University of London in 2015. My thesis focused on different interpretations of resilience and their convergent and predictive validity on important aspects at work.

My research interests include Positive Psychology, mindfulness, health and well-being and Applied Psychology.
