I have previously worked within the 3rd sector with offenders (predominantly drug using prolific offenders) and with the Police, Prisons and Probation to reduce offending in the local community. I have worked for the Home Office and within the Probation Srevice in Kent.
I am responsible for teaching the Interpretation and Presentation of Forensic Evidence module and have taught on modules for all years at the university. My primary area of teaching is in the interpretation of evidence within the CJS and the construction of arguments within the court and investigation setting.
My academic interests are in the construction of narratives and treatment for drug users within the CJS.
