I haved worked in the university Business School since 1998 where I teach Strategic Human Resources, Reward, Organisational Behaviour and Marketing. Currently I am Programme Director for the Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management CIPD Award.
Prior to working at Christ Church I ran my own Management Consultancy and held contracts with a range of organisations: Rexam Plc, B&Q Plc, Saga Group, Hornby Hobbies,

I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel & Development, Member of the Chartered Institute for Marketing, The British University Industrial Relations Association and the British Association of Management.
