We keep your data for up to 2 years (24 months).

Then we either delete it or make it anonymous.

7. How do we protect and store your personal information

We:

  • Only let trained staff see your data
  • Lock and protect our computer systems
  • Work with trusted companies who also keep your data safe
  • Are certified for good online security (Cyber Essentials)
