Profile summary

Alister is a part-time MPhil/PhD Researcher examining mentoring in the development of sports coaches and in particular, how mentors develop the skills, knowledge and experience to become effective in facilitating the learning of sports coaches.

Alister works as a Senior Coach Developer and Leadership Trainer for England Rugby and as a National Trainer for UK Anti Doping.  He also undertakes a range of voluntary roles developing the game, coaches and players in Rugby Union.
