I joined Canterbury Christ Church in 2012 and have taught in the Applied Criminology team since 2017. My research interests are in youth crime and justice, particularly the politicisation of youth offending and the impact of young people's involvement with the cirminal justice system. I am the module leader for Youth, Crime and Justice; Police, Cultures and Society and Crime: Narratives and Explanations.
