In particular the Business School is an accredited CIPD Licenced Centre, with a wealth of experience in delivering high-quality postgraduate HR courses. This CIPD accreditation is also a key element of the Business School's strong link with the professional body – particularly the CIPD's Kent branch.

We also offer a flexible course in Management Studies that is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute; this is a part-time Masters level course for those who wish to enhance their effectiveness and confidence in the workplace. It provides a rounded introduction to the principles of management and is designed to have immediate relevance and application in your current role whilst also providing potential for future progression in both study and career.
