Our events can take place at the University and some at your school or college, bringing Medicine, Health and Social Care experience directly to your students.
Our events are designed to give your students an insight into studying Medicine, Health and Social Care courses and the careers opportunities after graduation. To allow enough time for us to put everything in place for these events we ask for a minimum of 5 weeks notice from receiving the booking request to your 1st preference date of activity.

Taster Sessions
This four-hour taster event provides an insight into what a university degree looks like for a healthcare undergraduate, covering lectures, seminars, research and presentation skills with a focus on careers in Health and Social Care.

In this 2 hour taster session, find out what it is like to be a trainee healthcare professional in our fully equipped simulation suite by interacting with our mannikins and getting involved in a mini carousel of activities. This taster also includes a campus tour.

Workshops
Our one-hour workshop provides you with an opportunity to explore health simulation equipment and demonstrations from CPR to Donning and Doffing of PPE, followed by a presentation showcasing the courses available at Canterbury Christ Church University, with information, advice and guidance on career opportunities in Health and Social Care and routes into the professions.
