In this workshop, students will develop a deep understanding of the recruitment process including the role of motivation in improving performance.

In this interactive four-hour workshop with an academic and/or postgraduate ambassadors, students will develop a deep understanding of the recruitment process including the role of motivation and engagement in improving performance. Students will take an active part in working through a recruitment process considering the external environment, and how a robust recruitment process is a. Finally, students will critically examine how selection and reward processes are a sure fire investment as it is cheaper and easier to retain the best candidate for the job than recruit new.

It will give them an insider view of the process of ensuring the person recruited is the best fit for the job. 

The complexity of the explanation and content of this workshop is adapted to ensure age/stage appropriate delivery.
