In this masterclass students will develop their understanding of the importance of strategy for effective business management.

In this one-hour masterclass with an academic and/or postgraduate ambassadors, students will develop their understanding of the importance of strategy for effective business management. Students will be invited to critically consider the differences and relationship between proactive strategy, how operations addresses particular challenges and the reactive nature of tactics. Students will be introduced to a range of business strategies that have been effective in the past and invited to critically examine factors leading to their success and whether they continue to have relevance in a globalised and digital marketplace.

The complexity of the explanation and content of this workshop is adapted to ensure age/stage appropriate delivery.
