In this masterclass, students will develop their understanding of British romanticism and its relationship to literary and social revolution.

In this one- to two-hour masterclass with an academic and/or ambassadors, students will develop their understanding of British romanticism and its relationship to literary and social revolution. Students will learn what inspired the Romantics and how their poetry in content and context differs from what came before. This masterclass will focus on one or more of the “big six”: lake, Wordsworth, Coleridge, Byron, Shelley, and/or Keats.
