Join us at our Engineering Celebration Event. Engage with hands on workshops, learn about pathways and see our specialist facilities.

Location: Canterbury Christ Church University

Timings: 9:30am - 1:45pm

The Engineering Celebration Day offers visiting schools an immersive, hands-on journey into higher education and real-world STEM careers. Designed to bridge classroom learning with practical application, pupils will step directly into our state-of-the-art facilities and Maker Space to experience engineering in full flow. Throughout the visit, students will explore live Final Year and Masters projects, see advanced physical prototypes in action, and interact directly with our student creators to discover what it takes to solve modern technical challenges.

In addition to exploring our high-tech workshops, visiting cohorts will participate in an engaging mini-talk focused on breaking engineering stereotypes and opening up career pathways for every background. By combining facility tours, direct interaction with undergraduate mentors, and hands-on voting in the People’s Choice Awards, the session gives pupils a clear, inspiring vision of their own future in STEM while demonstrating that engineering is creative, accessible, and vital to shaping the future.

This is an exciting opportunity to see what CCCU has to offer and to learn more about where engineering can take you.

Spaces are limited, so book on now!
